We did not appreciate the constant loud music outside our room during the day. Even going to tho edge of property did not give us any peaceful quiet afternoons on the beach. Guess this is just not our type of resort. Sorry

Beautiful resort! But… it needs much improvement. If your (African American) this property will not cater to you at all. I had to call on many different occasions to clean the room or ask for towels. This was our 2nd Riu as a family in the past year. We appreciate the double rooms for a family with teenagers. Very clean resort and staff did a great job. Looking forward to finding our next destination with a Riu resort!
